Below are "Hot Spot" cards for various lenders/servicers ESOP has entered into an agreement with or has a working relationship with. Once fully completed and submitted to ESOP, we will submit the form to the appropriate lender. In the case of Citifinancial and SPS, any legal action the lender has taken against you (eg, foreclosure) will immediately stop until your claims have been reviewed, you and ESOP have received a written response and you have had an opportunity to dispute their findings.
