ESOP offers 1-2 hour sessions several times each week for homeowners seeking foreclosure prevention assistance. During your appointment you will:
- Join a group presentation about ESOP’s mission, history, and services
- Meet one-on-one with a Foreclosure Prevention Advocate
- Complete a "Hot Spot Card" for lender communications
- Complete a financial worksheet
Please provide us copies of the following documents:
- Two months proof of income (i.e. pay stubs, award letters, or food stamps)
- Two months of bank statements (if you do not have a bank account, you must write a letter to this effect)
- Two years of W2 forms or filed taxes
- Your loan number
- Loan origination paperwork
- Any other information pertinent to your case
